If you love doing the things listed below, then this job is for you!
Duties & Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
We are boutique, high-end, family oriented Medical Spa. We pride ourselves in the experience and education we provide as well as the relationships we build with our clients. Our relationships start from the moment we first get into contact with our client, to the moment they book their next treatment- and beyond! We do not “sell”, we serve. We provide services that help individuals take care of themselves, build confidence, and feel refreshed. We are getting busier and in order to maintain this high level of service, we need someone like you to be our friendly Client Experience and Marketing Coordinator. That is right! Someone who is compassionate and can problem solve. Someone who has strong interpersonal skills to help manage clients, clerical, and administrative tasks. Someone who is self-sufficient and is a self-motivator.
As a culture, though we work independently not needing to be told what to do- we all know and communicate to ultimately work as a team looking for things to make the practice stronger and more efficient. This makes the train ride smooth and the journey beautiful! We also believe work should be fun. And if it isn’t – you aren’t doing it right!

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering phones, texts, engaging with clients through social media, and scheduling patients. (Ever thought you’d get paid to play on social media and chat with friends/potential friends?)
- Performing administrative tasks (following up with clients, preparing for the client, put together items needed for postcare, inventory, checking clients in and out, go over pricing, etc.) (Think of a casual dinner party- we want to make sure everything is prepped and ready so we can enjoy our friends instead of being stuck in the kitchen).
- Nurture Potential Clients
- Help clients with intake forms.
- Educate Clients regarding treatment and memberships.
- Assist provider if asked, cleaning up after patients (sanitize the area, etc.)
- Occasionally manage Instagram and FB accounts; increase engagement, coordinate and post content, stories, engage with followers through posts and direct messaging, etc.

- Research and brainstorm creative marketing ideas to help boost our minimally invasive aesthetic treatments.
- Monitor website for areas of potential updating, revising and improvement (There’s always room to improve- and we cannot wait to hear your ideas!)
- Discuss skincare/accessories with clients (Who does not love skincare- especially great quality skincare that works!)
- Can sell/upsell without seeming like they are “selling.” (Because the truth is we are really serving not selling-but people need to be informed and we are the experts to teach them).
- Other responsibilities and clerical tasks as needed.

- Formal marketing education, prefer 2-3 years of similar experience.
- Must be passionate about social media and the aesthetic industry!
- Previous dermatology/aesthetic medicine/and sales (especially cosmetic sales) experience is preferred, but not required.
