The Fine Print
Self Care Members will pay $150/month. This money goes into a "beauty bank account" to use on any treatment or product at Ananya Aestheics. Self Care Members agree to a monthly contract term and agree to be billed on a monthly basis. Termination of membership contract can be requested at any time, but all early cancellations will result in a $75 cancellation fee. Self Care Members are subject to ZKN Medical Corporation/Ananya Aesthetics LLC's cancellation policy for any missed or cancelled appointments without notice. Membership benefits cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion at Ananya Aesthetics.
Inception of Membership will occur on the first (1st) day of the following month once initial payment is submitted, and Self Care Membership Agreement is signed & submitted to Ananya Aesthetics.
