Hello Beauties!
Here you will find different blog posts regarding the fascinating and growing world of minimally invasive aesthetic medicine!

As we welcome a new year, it is fascinating to see how the skincare landscape evolves. 2023 brought us a plethora of trends, some of which we are ready to leave behind as we embrace more innovative and safer alternatives in 2024.
Last year, PDO Threads gained popularity for their promise of a non-surgical lift. However, we have learned that they can be more harmful than beneficial, especially to deep tissue. Thankfully, there have been many advancements in minimally invasive aesthetic treatments that achieve similar results without the risks. Another trend we are moving away from is CoolSculpting. The procedure's potential side effect, paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH), has raised concerns. PAH leads to the expansion of fat cells, contrary to the desired outcome, and often requires surgical intervention. Additionally, results are not always consistent or predictable. The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) trend also raises red flags. Despite its allure, BBL's alarming mortality rates, reported as high as 1 in 3,000 patients in some studies, make it a procedure we cannot in good conscience recommend. The risks are simply too high for a cosmetic enhancement. Liquid Nose Jobs, appealing for those desiring non-surgical nose enhancement, carry inherent risks, and aesthetically displeasing results. The procedure location is an area known as high risk for vascular occlusions and severe complications such as vision loss make this a trend best avoided. Furthermore it is only a matter of time before the filler causes the appearance of widening of the nose. Finally, the Russian Lips technique, known for its immediate volumizing effect, has been observed to cause filler migration over time, leading to the undesired 'duck lips' appearance. This side effect has prompted a shift towards more reliable and safer lip enhancement methods. As we say goodbye to these trends, 2024 welcomes exciting and safer alternatives. Oligio skin tightening, a cutting-edge technique from South Korea, uses radiofrequency to stimulate collagen production in the skin. It offers immediate lifting effects and continues to improve skin elasticity over the following months, making it a fantastic option for those seeking non-invasive treatments. In the realm of fillers, Ananya Aesthetics is proud to introduce the revolutionary Platelet Rich Fibrin Gel (PRF Gel), a completely natural filler derived from the patient's own blood. This innovative approach not only avoids the use of synthetic substances but also harnesses the body's natural healing capabilities, offering a rejuvenated appearance without the same degree of risks associated with traditional fillers. Moreover, we are continuing to emphasize the importance of regular Botox and laser treatments. These long-standing, reliable methods help maintain youthful skin and prevent the formation of deep lines and wrinkles, ensuring long-term, natural-looking results. Lastly, the CO2 Lift Pro Carboxytherapy Treatment Mask by Lumisque is set to be a game-changer in the skincare routine. This innovative treatment is a gentle yet effective way to restore your skin's natural glow. Suitable for all skin types, it reduces dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines, enhancing the skin's hydration and overall appearance. As we navigate these changes, it's clear that the focus in 2024 is on natural, effective, and safe skin care practices. It's an exciting time for skincare enthusiasts and professionals alike as we explore these new horizons and say hello to a radiant and healthy new year!
